Atlivo works across Romania. The list of venues grows as new ones join, and active venues are visible in the app once you create a free account.

Any sport played on a bookable court: football, tennis, padel, basketball, volleyball, handball, squash, badminton, table tennis and more. Each venue picks the sports for each of its courts.

299 RON per month per venue, excluding VAT (+21% VAT for customers in Romania). The price covers every court at the venue and every feature on the platform, with no tiers and no paid add-ons. The first 60 days are free.

No. Atlivo charges no commission on bookings. You pay a flat monthly subscription and the booking revenue stays entirely with the venue. Unlike marketplaces that keep a percentage of every booking, your cost does not grow as you book more.

The platform is in beta for owners, so you join through the pre-registration form. We review the request, get in touch and set the venue up with you. You cannot create an owner account on your own at this stage.

Setup is free and we do it for you. We enter the courts, opening hours and pricing rules from the details you send us. A venue is usually live within a few days of the first conversation.

No. The 60-day free trial does not ask for a card. You only pay if you decide to stay once it ends.

Yes, at any time. There is no fixed-term contract and no cancellation penalty.

You add them manually to the same calendar and online availability updates immediately. Atlivo does not force you to move every customer online: there is one calendar, wherever the booking came from.

Yes. You can create bookings that repeat weekly for the groups that always play at the same hour, and change or stop them from one place.

Yes. Each court can have its own rates, and rates can differ by time slot so evening demand is priced differently from the morning.

Yes. You can create staff accounts with calendar access, and every change is recorded in the activity log with who made it and when.

Financial reports, occupancy reports and a demand heatmap showing which slots fill up and which stay empty.

Once the Atlivo team verifies it. Verification confirms that court details, opening hours and rates are correct before athletes can book.

Yes. Browsing venues and booking are free for athletes. We charge no booking fees.

Create a free account, pick the venue and the court, see the open slots in real time and confirm the hour you want. You do not need to call the venue to find out whether it is free.

No. Atlivo does not process booking payments. You pay the venue directly, under its own rules.

Yes, if the venue allows recurring bookings. You book once and the slot stays yours week after week.

Cancellations follow each venue's own policy. The rules differ from venue to venue, so check the venue's terms before you book.
